At Ding Tea Sarasota, we honor returns to our customers. We do so in order to ensure your experience befits your expectations. We appreciate your business and want nothing more than to do right by our customers. After all, without you, we simply would not exist!
Return Policy:
- Given proof of purchase, through digital or print receipt, we will honor returns at no more than the purchase price of the transaction.
- There is no time period for returns/refunds, given proof of purchase.
- It could take up to 72 hours from the time of return for funds to be credited back to the customer. Cash transactions can be returned to the customer immediately at our store, located at 2728 Stickney Point Rd, Sarasota FL 34231.
